As soon as possible, you should inform
- The next of kin
- The family doctor (GP) of the deceased
- You should then notify your funeral director, who will guide through the funeral arrangements. We are available 24 hours a day, simply call Dermot Foley on 086 8051339.
- The Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
*If a death is sudden and unexpected, the Gardaí and Coroner should be informed. The Coroner will decide if a post-mortem examination is necessary.
Death Overseas
If a loved one has passed away overseas, please call Dermot Foley on 086 805 1339 and we will make the necessary arrangements to have the remains brought back to Ireland.
